About Tommy kiedis
Tommy is a 35-year leadership veteran.
A practitioner and thought leader, he has hammered out his leadership expertise on the anvil of everyday experience, most notably the local church, higher education, and in his growing family. Tommy serves as the Senior Pastor of Spanish River Church in Boca Raton, Florida. He teaches on leadership both nationally and internationally through Capital Seminary and Graduate School, and with other partners in the US, UK, and Brazil. His passion is helping leaders maximize and multiply the leadership God has entrusted to them.
Tommy holds a Master's Degree in Religion and Education from Mid-America Seminary, a Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Leadership from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. He has been married to Shannan for 37 years. They have six married children, and twenty grandchildren.
Tommy is the creator of the innovative 3 Hour Retreat, a series of seven personal leadership development tools. He is also the author of Churchill And Dunkirk: Finding Victory Inside Defeat.
